Acceptance and eligibility
Mealify is a meal-planning app and website provided for personal, non-commercial use. By using Mealify or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website. You do not need to create an account to use Mealify.
Recipes and allergen information
Mealify's recipes, nutrition details, serving suggestions, and allergen information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change over time. They are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for reading product labels, checking ingredients, or getting individualized dietary guidance. Always verify ingredients and allergen information yourself, especially when cooking for someone with an allergy or intolerance, and seek appropriate professional guidance when your situation requires it.
Your content and device
Mealify lets you create and manage meal plans and other content on your device. You are responsible for the content you enter, for keeping your device secure, and for maintaining any backups you want. Because Mealify does not require an account and stores app content locally, deleting the app or losing your device may permanently remove that content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Mealify, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems or content that are not intended for you, use the website to distribute harmful or unlawful material, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Ownership and third-party services
Mealify, including its name, branding, software, text, and original content, belongs to Mealify or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. The app is distributed through Apple's App Store, and your use of the App Store and Apple services is also subject to Apple's terms and policies. This website may include images from Unsplash, which are subject to Unsplash's terms.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of Mealify or this website at any time. We work to keep Mealify available and useful, but we do not guarantee that the app or website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. We may also update these terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new effective date, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mealify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mealify and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from or related to your use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
